I look for characters. If you had to put a tag on my style it’s documentary, but it’s also so much more. My home country of Colombia is the land of magical realism and storytelling is such a part of who I am that it bleeds into my work.

As a photographer, I’m most excited by showing the most unique aspects of what makes you one of a kind.

Since 2014 I’ve been capturing both still and moving images, working as a video director and as a photographer across multiple disciplines. It all comes back to my love for storytelling.

I see my portrait clients in my Ravenswood studio or at a prearranged location - I have tons of recs for interesting spots around the city. I photograph weddings primarily in Chicago I’ve had clients from Baltimore,MD to Portland, OR. Travel is always an option and I’d love to capture your destination wedding!

I deliver the absolute best of what I shoot. As a creative you have to try a lot of things in order to get your desired results so instead of sending you seven images of a single centerpiece, I’d rather select the best one and send you an assortment of photos from your entire reception.

If you’d still like to see every shot I took, no problem! I can ship a hard drive with all the RAW files for $200. Please note that you will need specialized image editing software to view and modify RAW images.

One of the most liberating feelings as a photographer is that first moment when you grab a camera you’ve never held before and just figure it out.

For the past ten years I have jumped around and used different cameras and lenses but I’m currently shooting with a Sony A7r4 and an FX3. I use Sony lenses and media from Angelbird, Sandisk and Lexar.

I’ve been working professionally for the past 10 years, this is my first year in business.
